These are the new Baden Officers from Murawski Miniatures. Or more accurately these are three Baden Officers and one Duchy of Warsaw Polish Officer on the right (also from Murawski Miniatures). The Polish Officer is likely reassuring the Badeners that joining fortunes with Napoleon is a fine idea...
Baden shared a border with France, and was actually a very loyal contingent in the French Allied forces from 1805-1813, fighting right to the bitter end at Leipzig. There's an account of this action here.
